Housing Act 1957 s 102

s 102 Land in New Forest

The provision of houses under this Part of this Act shall be deemed to be a local sanitary requirement for the purposes of the New Forest (Sale of Land for Public Purposes) Act, 1902: Provided that the total area of land being part of the New Forest which may be sold or let for the provision of houses shall not exceed thirty acres.
