s 178 Power of Minister to prescribe forms, etc.

(1) The Minister may by regulations prescribe anything which by this Act is to be prescribed and the form of any notice, advertisement, statement or other document which is required or authorised to be used under, or for the purposes of, this Act: Provided that this subsection shall not apply to a notice under section twenty-six or section thirty of this Act. (2) The power of making regulations under this section shall be exercisable by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
