s 5 Short title, repeal, extent and commencement.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Street Offences Act 1959. (2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (3) This Act shall not extend to Scotland or to Northern Ireland. (4) This Act shall come into force at the expiration of one month beginning with the date on which it is passed.
