s 247 Destination of fines.

(1) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (2) There shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund all fines imposed in respect of offences committed in Scotland under the foregoing provisions of this Act or the regulations thereunder.
