s 16 Financial provisions.
(1) There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament— (a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State or the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food under this Act ; (b) any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment. (2) Any receipts of the Secretary of State or the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food under this Act shall be paid into the Exchequer.
