s 32P Fit and proper person: Level 1 disclosure
(1) A local authority may, in deciding under this Part if a person is a fit and proper person, require the person in respect of whom the decision is being made to provide the local authority with a Level 1 disclosure (within the meaning of section 1 of the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020). (2) A local authority may require a Level 1 disclosure to be provided under subsection (1) only if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided under this Part in relation to material falling within section 32O(2) is, or has become, inaccurate.
