Education (Scotland) Act 1963 s 5

s 5 Expenses

There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament— (a) any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State under this Act, and (b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment.
