s 1 The resolution
(1) In this Act “ the Association ” means the International Development Association established by the Agreement, and “the Agreement” means the articles of agreement of the International Development Association dated 29th January 1960 and accepted on behalf of Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom on 14th September 1960. (2) In this Act “the resolution” means any resolution (whether adopted before or after the passing of this Act) of the board of governors of the Association in the terms set out in Annex A to the Report, dated 9th September 1963, of the Executive Directors to the Board of Governors on Additions to IDA Resources and Membership of Belgium and Membership of Luxembourg (copies of which report, including the Annexes thereto, were laid before Parliament by command of Her Majesty on 17th December 1963).
