British Standard Time Act 1968 s 2

s 2 Northern Ireland

(1) In this Act “ enactment ” includes an enactment of the Parliament of Northern Ireland. (2) For the purposes of section 6 of the Government of Ireland Act 1920 (powers of the Parliament of Northern Ireland to make laws) this Act shall be deemed to have been passed before the day appointed for the purposes of that section.
