In subsection (1) of section 1 of the International Monetary Fund Act 1962 (which authorises the payment out of the Consolidated Fund of certain sums required for making loans to the International Monetary Fund) for the words ‘‘ Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom ” there shall be substituted the words “ National Loans Fund”; and subsection (2) of that section (which authorises the borrowing of money for the purpose of providing or replacing the sums aforesaid) is hereby repealed.
