Co-operative Development Agency Act 1978 s 7

s 7 Financial provisions

(1) There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament any sums required by the Secretary of State for making grants under section 4(1) above. (2) Any sums received by the Secretary of State under section 4(2) above shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
