Sch 1 para 1 REPORTS OF BOUNDARY COMMISSION AND ORDERS IN COUNCIL
Where the Boundary Commission for Scotland submit to the Secretary of State a report under subsection (1) of section 2 of the Act of 1949 they shall submit with it a supplementary report showing into what Assembly constituencies Scotland should be divided in accordance with the provisions of Part II of this Schedule ; and where, after the first supplementary report submitted under this paragraph, they submit a report under subsection (3) of that section, they shall submit with it a supplementary report showing into what Assembly constituencies the area to which the report relates should be divided in accordance with the provisions of Part II of this Schedule.
