Sch 11 para 2

The powers under the Highlands and Islands Development (Scotland) Acts 1965 and 1968 except— (i) the powers to extend the area of the Highlands and Islands Development Board under section 1 of the Act of 1965 ; and (ii) the power under section 10(4) of the Act of 1965 to authorise the carrying out of works, so far as exercisable in relation to excepted statutory undertakers.
