Sch 14 para 7

Where the Secretary of State has intervened in a case he shall, in addition to the notice under paragraph 5 above, give notice of the intervention— (a) to a Scottish Secretary, (b) to any planning authority concerned, and (c) to any person who has previously been given notice of any action taken or proposed to be taken in the case ; and he shall also publish a notice in two successive weeks in one or more local newspapers circulating in the area concerned.
