Sch 16 para 22 THE PARLIAMENTARY COMMISSIONER ACT 1967

In section 6(1)(b) of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 after the word “department” there shall be inserted the words “by a Scottish Secretary” and at the end there shall be added the words “or sums payable out of the Scottish Consolidated Fund”.
