Sch 16 para 28 THE TRANSPORT AcT 1968

In the Transport Act 1968 the following shall be omitted : — (a) in sections 7(2) and (7) and 8(2) and (5) the words from “and in” to the end ; (b) in sections 8(2) (where they first occur) and 29(5)(5), the words “and the Secretary of State acting jointly”; and (c) in section 135, subsection (7).
