Sch 17 para 2 Persons eligible to vote

Those entitled to vote in the referendum shall be—_ — (a) the persons who, at the date of the referendum, would be entitled to vote as electors at a parliamentary election in any constituency in Scotland ; and (b) peers who at that date would be entitled to vote as electors at a local government election in any electoral area in Scotland.
