Scotland Act 1978 s 18

s 18

(1) A Scottish Assembly Act shall be law only if or to the extent that it is within the legislative competence of the Assembly. (2) Any question whether a provision is within the legislative competence of the Assembly shall be determined in accordance with Schedule 2 to this Act.
