s 24 Standing orders—particular provisions

The standing orders of the Assembly shall include pro- Vision for securing that a Bill proposing to make any such provision as is mentioned in Schedule 6 to this Act does so expressly and not merely by implication and will not be allowed to pass unless the Crown’s consent has been signified by the Secretary of State.
