s 37 Supplementary and reserve powers

(1) Her Majesty may by Order in Council make any such amendments of the law of the United Kingdom or any Patt of it (including any provision contained in this Act) and such further provision as appear to Her to be necessary or expedient in consequence of any provision made by or under any Scottish Assembly Act. (2) No recommendation shall be made to Her Majesty in Council to make an Order under this section unless a draft of the Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
