s 48 Payments into Scottish Consolidated
(1) The Secretary of State shall from time to time make out of moneys provided by Parliament payments into the Scottish Consolidated Fund of such sums as he may determine by order made with the consent of the Treasury. (2) No order under this section shall be made unless a draft ‘of it has been laid before the House of Commons and approved by a resolution of that House ; and there shall be laid before that House, together with the draft, a statement of the considerations leading to the determinations to be made by the order.
