Scotland Act 1978 s 77

s 77 GENERAL AND SUPPLEMENTARY

In reckoning any period for the purposes of section 38, 39 or 40 of this Act, no account shall be taken of any time during which Parliament is dissolved or prorogued or during which both Houses are adjourned for more than four days.
