s 78 Modification of enactments loving of reports before

(1) Where any enactment passed or made before the passing of this Act makes provision for any report to be laid before Parliament or either House of Parliament and the report relates exclusively to devolved matters it shall be laid instead before the Assembly. (2) In this section “ report” includes any statement.
