s 4 Extent.
(1) This Act extends to Northern Ireland. (2) . . . the provisions to which section 4 of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1971 applies (extension to British possessions etc. ) shall include section 2 above and so much of the other provisions of this Act as relates to that section.
