s 3 Powers of Secretary of State in relation to Corporation.
(1) The Secretary of State may, after consultation with the Corporation, give to them directions of a general character as to the exercise of their functions. (2) The Corporation shall comply with any directions given to them under subsection (1). (3) The Corporation shall furnish the Secretary of State with such information concerning the financial position of the Corporation as he may from time to time require.
