Sch 1 para 16

(1) For the purpose of assisting the Authority in the discharge of its functions the Authority may appoint committees consisting of or including persons who are not members of the Authority. (2) The Authority may defray the reasonable expenses incurred in the execution of their duties by members of such committees who are not members of the Authority.
