In section 109(2) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 (aggregate amount outstanding by way of principal in respect of sums advanced to Secretary of State from National Loans Fund for purposes of Redundancy Fund not to exceed £16 million or such larger sum not exceeding £40 million as the Secretary of State may by order determine) for the words “£16 million” and “£40 million” there shall be substituted respectively the words “‘ £200 million ” and “ £300 million ”,
