s 16AF Report on operation and effect of section 16AA licences: delegation

(1) The Scottish Ministers may delegate the preparation and publication of the report under section 16AE to Scottish Natural Heritage. (2) Any delegation must be made by written direction. (3) The Scottish Ministers may modify or revoke a direction.
