Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 s 73

s 73 Repeals and savings.

(1) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 17 are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule. (2) Nothing in the repeals made by this section shall affect the operation of sections 27 to 32 of the 1949 Act in relation to any survey begun before the commencement date. (3) Nothing in the repeals made by this section shall affect the operation of sections 33 and 34 of the 1949 Act and Parts II, III, and IV of Schedule 3 to the 1968 Act in relation to any review begun before the commencement date.
