s 151 National savings accounts.

(1) The National Savings Bank Act 1971 shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in Schedule 20 to this Act. (2) This section and Schedule 20 to this Act shall come into force on the expiry of the period of three months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.
