Sch 2 para 11

In section 33 (which relates to appeals against planning decisions)— (a) in subsection (1), for the words from “for planning” to “permission” in the second place where it occurs, there shall be substituted the words— (a) for planning permission to develop land (b) for an approval of that authority required under a development order ; or (c) for any consent, agreement or approval of that authority required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission, and that permission, consent, agreement (b) in subsection (5), after the word “sections” there shall be inserted the words “23, ” .
