In section 231(3) (which relates to the validity of certain actions taken by the Secretary of State)— (a) for paragraph (g) there shall be substituted the following paragraph— (g) any decision of the Secretary of State on an appeal under section 91(2) of this Act against the refusal or partial refusal of an application for an established use certificate ; (b) in paragraph (k), for the word “8” there shall be substituted the word “7 ” .
