Sch 2 para 8

After section 30 there shall be inserted the following section— Date of planning permission. (30A) The date of the granting or of the refusal of any such application as is mentioned in section 23(2) of this Act shall be the date on which the notice of the planning authority’s decision bears to have been signed on behalf of the authority.
