s 38 Inquiries with respect to local plans.
In subsection (1) of section 11 of the 1972 Act (which relates, among other things, to inquiries with respect to local plans)— (a) after the word “shall”, where it occurs for the first time, there shall be inserted the word “if” ; and (b) after the word “Act”, where it occurs for the first time, there shall be inserted the words “an objector so requires,”.
