s 7 Interpretation of Part I.

In this Part of this Act— “ the Bus Company ” means the National Bus Company; and “ subsidiary ” shall be construed in accordance with section 736 of the Companies Act 1985 and “ wholly owned subsidiary ” shall be construed in accordance with section 736(5)(b) of that Act.
