s 7 Hydrocarbon oil: mixing etc.

(1) Schedule 4 to this Act (which contains provisions about mixing hydrocarbon oil etc.) shall have effect. (2) That Schedule shall come into operation on such day as the Commissioners of Customs and Excise may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.
