Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985 s 29

s 29 Short title, commencement and extent.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985. (2) This Act shall come into force on such day as may be appointed by an order made by statutory instrument by the Lord Chancellor and the Lord Advocate; and different days may be so appointed for different provisions. (3) This Act extends to Northern Ireland.
