Sch 2 para 8

(1) For the purposes of this Schedule the grant of an option enabling a person to call for a relevant disposal which is not an exempted disposal shall be treated as such a disposal made to him. (2) For the purposes of paragraph 3(2) (requirement of consent to disposal of house in National Park, etc.) a consent to such a grant shall be treated as a consent to a disposal made in pursuance of the option.
