s 101 Minor definitions.

In this Part— “ building society ” means a building society within the meaning of the Building Societies Act 1986; “ financial year ” means the period of 12 months ending with the 31st March; “ highway ”, in relation to Scotland, includes a public right of way; “ subsidiary ” has the meaning given by section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006 .
