In section 26 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1959 (consents to disposal of land by certain authorities), in subsection (5) (exceptions)— (a) omit paragraph (a); (b) after that paragraph insert— (aa) to a disposal for which consent is required under section 32 or 43 of the Housing Act 1985 (disposal of land held for housing purposes);
