In section 16A of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (payments by Health Boards towards expenditure on community services), in subsection (2) (payments to certain bodies towards expenditure on provision of housing accommodation) for paragraph (a) substitute— (a) a registered housing association within the meaning of the Housing Associations Act 1985;
