Sch 4 para 11
The provisions of Part IX of the Housing Act 1985 (slum clearance) apply in relation to a closing order made under section 35 of the Housing Act 1957 (retention of houses needed to support other buildings) as they apply to a closing order made under the proviso to section 17 of the 1957 Act.
