s 2 Fees under seeds regulations.
In section 16 of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 1964 (seeds regulations) after subsection (5) there shall be inserted— (5A) In determining any fees to be charged under seeds regulations the Minister may have regard to the costs incurred by him in connection with the enforcement of the regulations.
