s 30 Orders and regulations.
(1) Any power to make an order or regulations under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument. (2) Any statutory instrument containing such an order or regulations (except an order made under section 1 to which subsection (8) of that section applies or an order made under section 33 below) shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
