In section 26 (supply of goods and services by Secretary of State)— (a) for “health authority” (in each place) substitute “ Health Authority or Special Health Authority ” , and (b) in subsection (4)(b), for “health authorities” substitute “ Health Authorities or Special Health Authorities ” .
