Geneva Conventions (Amendment) Act 1995 s 4

s 4

(a) The Chamber set up under paragraph 3 to undertake an enquiry shall invite the Parties to the conflict to assist it and to present evidence. The Chamber may also seek such other evidence as it deems appropriate and may carry out an investigation of the situation in loco. (b) All evidence shall be fully disclosed to the Parties, which shall have the right to comment on it to the Commission. (c) Each Party shall have the right to challenge such evidence.
