Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 s 53

s 53 Short title, commencement and extent.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995. (2) This Act shall come into force on 1 April 1996. (3) Subject to subsection (4) below, this Act extends only to Scotland. (4) Section 35(10) to (12) of this Act extends also to England and Wales and sections 27 to 29 of this Act and this section extend also to England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
