Sch 3 para 3

In section 22 of the 1994 Act (registration regulations), after subsection (3) there shall be inserted the following subsection— (4) Regulations made by the Secretary of State may make provision for the return of any nil licence to the Secretary of State in such circumstances as may be prescribed by the regulations.
