Sch 1 para 7

(1) Section 16 shall be amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1), for “authorised insurance company” there shall be substituted “ insurance company to which this Act applies ” . (3) In subsection (3), for “authorised insurance company” there shall be substituted “ insurance company to which this Act applies ” .
