Sch 2 para 7

The repeal by this Act of paragraphs 13(2) and 14(2) of Schedule 8 to the Reserve Forces Act 1980 does not affect the operation of any Order in Council or order having effect as made under either of those paragraphs in relation to any person to whom that paragraph applied immediately before the commencement of this Act.
